Be a Contact

Once an occupant departs New Beginnings at Waverly, we have a trusted close contact, who is available by telephone, greet or otherwise accompany the occupant to his or her initial gathering.

Please help us to help recurring persons become acquainted or reacquainted with AA or NA.

Alumni Contact Qualifications

Any volunteers must be part of and active in AA or NA and able to help a recurring person to get to the meeting. We also emphasize first contact and support through a telephone call as well as connecting with your sponsor.

As part of the Alumni Group, your help is needed to close the gap in the transition from residential treatment to attending their first twelve-step meeting. It is understood that complete discretion for your chosen alumni is honored.

Submitting Contact Information

By submitting the requested information I am giving New Beginnings at Waverly consent to utilize my given name, telephone number and sobriety date for one reason—to ask about helping as a person to contact if graduates come back to the vicinity. I know I can withdraw my permission at any time.
