Ben Salango was named "Lawyer of the Year" in Medical Malpractice litigation by Best Lawyers in America. This is the fourth time Ben Salango has been voted by his peers for this prestigious award. He was also named Lawyer of the Year in 2019, 2021, and 2023. Ben Salango is the founder of Salango Law, PLLC. He has twenty-seven years of experience in personal injury litigation and has tried approximately 50 civil jury trials in state and federal courts in West Virginia. He has proudly recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for victims of Charleston medical malpractice, personal injury, school abuse, and wrongful death. His cases have been featured nationally on CNN, Headline News, Fox News, ABC News, ESPN, USA Today, People Magazine, Becker’s Hospital Review, National Verdict Reporter, and Crime Stories with Nancy Grace. In addition to “Lawyer of the Year”, Mr. Salango received the Stanley E. Preiser Member of the Year Award from the West Virginia Association of Justice for his work on behalf of victims of sexual abuse and disability abuse.
